The title of this blog is from an expression I uttered daily in grad school (MSW program) – I found myself living crisis to crisis, and writing assignments based on my own experiences as a someone impacted by clinical service delivery, health and social policy, and as a community worker. I used to say I was tired of living my social work, but I don’t really know how else to live.
I have a laundry list of privilege, as well as one of marginality. I identify as many things, none singly, all intersecting.
I live in Toronto, Canada, and I can often be found metaphorically treading water. You can contact me at livingmysocialwork@gmail.com.

Yeah, I can see your point. Especially about the breadth of content on Twitter. Would you mind e-mailing me your real name/age/location for attribution? Thanks, John

What happened to the article you posted on kids wearing pink to honor diversity? I don’t see it and I thought it was new.
